Sketch/Study compilation in gel-pen, ink, and copic marker. Those folks unfamiliar with the Black Spiral Dancers and the game 'Werewolf: the Apocalypse', please forgive me. Some of the info given above will make little, if any, sense. ((Edited to tweak the lupus form a bit...thanks, Inkthinker! That's what I get for not paying attention to what I draw.))
I am a geek, pure and simple. I adore to roleplay, though these days I've had lamentably little time to do so. For ten years I've played Werewolf: the Apocalypse. I've had dozens upon dozens of characters. Out of all of those, the Black Spiral Dancers--evil, corrupted, mutated, FUN werewolves--have most often captivated my imagination. (Aside from my beloved Ajaba, that is. ) Now, I do not, nor have I ever, condoned real-life villians. Most of the practices that my Spirals partake of are abominable and horrendous. However, it's a fabulous form of stress release to roleplay these evil activities. Sometimes, we *all* need to be the 'bad guy.'
That said, this is Reggie. He's one of my oldest characters (the third one I ever put together? something along those lines?) and is, by far, the most powerful of my mental menagerie. I abhor powergamers and poor Storytellers, I believe they should all be shot, so-to-speak, but somehow Reginald has survived all these years, all these campaigns, all these sick Gaian foes. His Father looks favorably upon him, and though his appearance has aged (not the least of which his teeth, that have adopted the appearance of saw-blade serrations,) he feels as if he hasn't grown a year since he Danced the Black Spiral.
Long Live the Wyrm!
((full view, please, for readability. More pictures forthcoming. This is the first time in nearly half a decade that I've drawn Reggie, and he's barreling back to drawn-life with full-force!))
Wow, I was wondering what the whole Black Spiral Dancers thing was, that was very refreshing! VERY fun to have extremely powerful, and unbelievably villainous characters. That 'culinary' pic is too great to pass. XD
